Welcome! At Domaine Hudson, we are passionate about providing a first-class dining experience in a gracious, unpretentious setting in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. Our goal is to provide you with a variety of wines, craft beers and creative, flavorful foods to pair them with. We hand select our wines with an overall emphasis on taste and value - that is, by choosing wines that drink well above others at similar price points: fine wines without the exceptional price tag. That's value. Just as much care has been given to our craft beer offerings, featuring imported and domestic, craft and artisanal beers (or brews) in a variety of styles. We hope you'll find something on our list that you've never had the pleasure of trying before. A passion for quality, freshness and taste resonates throughout the menu and complements our beverage program. Menu offerings will change frequently to ensure the finest ingredients and seasonal produce are used to prepare our small and large plates. We know that part of what makes an enjoyable dining experience is having that “just right” portion. Domaine Hudson’s founders, Tom and Meg Hudson, have set a new standard for fine dining since they opened the restaurant’s doors in 2005. We are honored, as Domaine Hudson’s new owners, to take up the challenge of keeping these high standards as the region’s finest wine and food restaurant. As our restaurant patrons, we will count on your help as we transition to the new ownership, to help us stay true to everything that’s good about Domaine Hudson and identify ways to make the restaurant even better. We are looking forward to sharing with you new and innovative food, wine and service concepts that will make every meal at Domaine Hudson a new delight.
