At Domaine Hudson, we take special care to select, store and serve our wines properly – from the winery's cellar to our cellar – so you can enjoy wines the way they are meant to be tasted.

Bottles of wine are imported and delivered to Domaine Hudson in suitable, climate-controlled environments, then stored in our climate-controlled cellar at 56 degrees and 70% humidity to preserve the integrity of the wines until the moment they're served.

White wines to be served by the glass are refrigerated behind the bar at 52 degrees – possibly a little warmer than some people are used to, but at a temperature that allows the flavors to properly show. Red wines by the glass are refrigerated separately at an optimal 62 degrees, a little cooler than standard room temperature but nicely holds the flavor of the wine.

We take every safeguard to ensure that the wines are presented in the matter the winemaker intended, including our wines by the glass. Bottles are dated when opened and vacuum sealed nightly for preservation. We strictly serve from bottles that have been open for less than 48 hours.

Domaine Hudson now has about 45 wines by the glass and nearly 400 wines by the bottle. Below is what we're currently pouring (as of 8/4/2008). Check back often to see what's new.
