Bourbon and Derby – May 6

If it’s the first weekend in May, it’s time for the “most exciting two minutes in sports” – the Kentucky Derby. Join us for our annual Derby Day celebration and a four-course dinner with plenty of Bourbon whiskey!

Reception: Mint Julep
First Course:  Scallop Crudo, tangerine, poblano, pepitas, urfa pepper paired with 1792 small batch bourbon
Second Course: Charcuterie & Cheese Plate, pork & bourbon pate, queso ovaja, apricot mostarda, pickles and mustard paired with Painted Stave Diamond State Bourbon (the first bourbon distilled in Delaware since prohibition)
Third Course: Grilled Strip Steak, black pepper caramel, roasted cippolinis paired with Woodford Reserve Double Oak Bourbon
Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding, vanilla gelato, candied pecans paired with Jefferson’s Ocean bourbon (barrels aged at sea)
